Returns & Exchanges

At Duck Head, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
